When the customers come back for maintenance and repair, our dealers’s service sta will provide warm reception, comfortable customer lounge and take care the customer requirements constantly; will provide service in remote areas through “Mobile service”; conduct lectures for the car owner from time to time to provide basic training on vehicle maintenance, so that the car owners could solve the temporary problem by themselves in emergency; meanwhile, the emergency hot line shall be set up for customers to solve the problems occurred in urgent circumstances.
